活动压轴圆桌将以「AI 的尽头——当模型不再稀缺，AI Builder 的机会在哪里？」为主题，把讨论落到每一位 Builder 正在面对的现实选择：

ARCB Venture Labs Expands Ecosystem Utility With the Launch of X CardARCB Venture Labs is expanding its digital asset ecosystem with the introduction of the X Card, a payment card solution designed to give greater real-world use to ARCB Token and selected ecosystem partner tokens.
One of the biggest challenges in Web3 today is simple: many digital assets have value, but limited daily use. Tokens may represent ownership, access, rewards, participation, or ecosystem value. However, for many users, the gap between holding a token and using it in real life remains wide.
The X Card is designed to close this gap. Through the X Card member portal, users will be able to load supported digital assets, view market reference prices, and convert eligible assets into a USD-based card balance when needed. This allows users to move from simply holding digital assets to using them for real-world spending.
The X Card is expected to support everyday and cross-border payment needs, including online shopping, business spending, travel bookings, lifestyle payments, international merchant transactions, and overseas ATM withdrawals. These services will depend on regional availability, platform rules, payment partner requirements, transaction limits, and applicable compliance procedures.
For ARCB Venture Labs, the X Card is more than a payment product. It is part of a larger ecosystem strategy. In the future, selected partner tokens may also be integrated into the X Card framework. This could allow approved projects supported by ARCB Venture Labs to give their communities more practical use for their tokens beyond their own platforms.
The physical card feature is also designed with flexibility in mind. A single user account may support the application and management of up to five physical cards, subject to platform policy, user eligibility, risk controls, and compliance requirements.
ARCB Venture Labs stated that the X Card will operate under a structured framework that includes account review, transaction monitoring, risk management, and compliance procedures. These measures are intended to align the card’s use with relevant regional regulations, payment network rules, and partner institution standards.
The launch of the X Card reflects a major shift in the digital asset industry: from speculative value to practical utility. By connecting ARCB Token and selected ecosystem partner assets to payment infrastructure, ARCB Venture Labs is building a clearer pathway between Web3 assets and real-world financial use.
